Stone City Energy (SCE) B.V. is a special purpose company, which operates in the fields of electricity generation and distribution. The company was formed in May 2019 in the Netherlands with the headquarters in Rotterdam to serve as a base for the consortium that will finance, project, construct and operate combined cycle gas turbine power plants and distribution in Uzbekistan. SCE operates within the norms of Financial Regulations of the Netherlands.
